The room itself is nice and simple, the building isn't great but easily forgivable; however the issue is with the cleanliness, the toilet room stinks of ammonia, like REALLY bad, the bedroom kind of smells like the tatami is going bad but this isn't uncommon, and the shower room is disgusting, you feel dirtier when you come out, the whole thing is completely yellow and mould covered.

No space for luggage, very badly organized bathroom, dirty elevator and balcony, too complicated instruction for washing machine. Overall normal experience, nothing special.

Pleasant and wonderful stay here. They provide everything we need and the room was super clean too! Recommended for couple/family stay during their vacation in Osaka. It’s only a five-minute walk to Nippombashi station and there are also family mart and Kuromon market nearby.

We stayed four nights at Kuromon. Overall, the experience was positive. The owner was very responsive to our enquiries and accommodating for families. The apartment is close to everything!
Location is great, and the apartment is clean!
The only downside is the sensor street light just outside the apartment. Whenever people walk by or there’s noise, the light turns on and makes the whole room very bright at night after the lights are off. It would be great to have curtains to block it out.

Self check-in as there's no reception available. Near to Kuromon Market which is nice, and walkable to Dotonburi too.

Great location👍, walking distance to tourist spots like Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi. Host was very responsive and provided clear instructions for check in and check out.I will stay again next time!

The apartment was very pretty. As well as the attention to details, accommodation in general, and service were great. Only thing to consider is that there is a construction site besides, apart from that it’s great.
