Had to book this hotel as most hotels in davao were fully booked at the time.
The hotel looks far better in pictures than in reality. Lobby is decent but rooms are very tired. I was still fine and had no issues till I spotted a cockroach in my room. That just shows me they don't clean the rooms properly and is just gross
They also refused to provide an iron when I needed to iron my clothes. Location isn't very central too. Wouldn't stay here again unless I didn't have any other choice

Beutiful hotel lobby area superbly done up for xmass .very coloyrfull Also spotlesly clean hotel feiendly staff.
And the food breakfast buffet was awesome

This time we booked a superior room category. The rooms are very nice and clean. In particular the bathroom is in better shape than in regular rooms as we know them. Breakfast as always is very good :-). we will definitely come back and can recommend the place

The reception was pleasant and helpful. They were always there to provide you with the necessary information. They were also always smiling. The rest of the staff was also very friendly. One area they could improve on: breakfast.
