The owner is very nice. Price is cheap. Theres a small shopping mall close to the building. Theres washing machine and stove too.

Service was excellent even though with limited English, it was not hard to communicate via WeChat and the owner was very helpful. Clean and quiet room. Strongly recommend staying here! It's 5min away by taxi to go to Chengdu zoo metro station and 20 min walk.

It's clean and tidy. The bed and pillows are also very comfortable. It's very quiet at night. The sound insulation effect is very good. In the community, there are people on duty at the door on the first floor. It's economical and affordable when I go out to play. It's just a long walk from the subway station. I go back and forth. It’s very convenient to scan an electric car in just a few minutes. If you walk, it will take about ten or twenty minutes.

The room is clean and has no peculiar smell. The landlady is very welcoming. Outside the window is the zoo and Zhaojue Temple. Parking is not particularly difficult. You can walk 1 kilometer to the zoo subway entrance.
