This is our first stay at KSL Hotel & Resort and immediately we are falling in love with it. Here is the feedback based on our experience.
Location:
5/5. Super duper convenient to the nearby eatery via grab or walking distance.
Cleanliness:
4/5. We saw some coarse grain sugar dropped by the previous guest and not properly clean/overlooked by the housekeeper. Bed, pillow & toilet are clean.
Amenities:
4/5. We booked a 3 guests room but only received a necessity for 2 guests, like bath towel, toothbrush, hotel slippers & cups. No supply for the shower cap, sanitary bag & laundry bag, please bring your own if needed. The wardrobe hang bar in vertical orientation instead of horizontal where it relatively reduces the amount of clothes you can hang. The shower glass door cannot close properly and eventually the shower water split out to the dry area. Toilet seat with build in bidet which is a plus point. Hotel room card was given 3 cards.
Service:
4.5/5. Check-in and checkout are both very smooth and fast. Hotel also provided luggage storage which is great where you can park your luggages b4 check-in or after checkout, great and thanks a lot for that. I think that's why the hotel doesn't have the lobby area with sofa coz the management uses the space for the guest to store their luggages while they can do their errands.
We will definitely come to stay at KSL Hotel & Resort if the price is right 👍.FromSGD 66

During check-in, no queen bed was available for deluxe room unless corner room. Thus i go ahead with the corner room. To my surprise, i am pleased with it as the bathroom is with a bathtub shower host. Cos normal rooms are with a fixed shower head instead. However downside is once the bathroom floor is wet, there is no drainage hole for the water to flow into. Therefore when enter you need to be careful of slippery floor. The location was near to CIQ.
As usual, the parking, locating the parking lot and block is always confusing. No clear signs so we had to drive round and round. Could possibly take up 20-30mins just to find it.
The homestay was clean, there was 3 bedrooms. Positive:
Disposable comb, toothbrush, towels, 2 sachet detergents, a few bowls and cups were provided.
A working fridge.
Negative:
No utensils/cutleries were provided.
No pans or pots in the kitchen but there's a cooker/cooker hod and even oven.
You still have to buy takeouts.
The toilet has no bidet.
Toilet doesn't provide any hooks for us to at least hang a towel. Especially having 1 toilet, we being our clothes in. But there's no hook in there.
With everything, I would rather book a hotel.FromSGD 71

Miico Hotel @ Mount Austin is an excellent choice for a comfortable and convenient stay. The location is fantastic, being close to AEON Tebrau, making shopping and dining easily accessible. The 24-hour check-in service is incredibly convenient, especially for late arrivals. The reception staff are friendly and welcoming, creating a great first impression. The rooms are spotless, reflecting excellent housekeeping standards. Additionally, Belly Cafe, located nearby, is a wonderful spot for a delicious breakfast to start your day right. One area for improvement would be the thin walls, as normal conversations from neighboring rooms can sometimes be heard. Overall, highly recommended!FromSGD 22
